Richard Armstrong

Dr. Armstrong is a geotechnical earthquake engineer with research and project experience in the seismic evaluation of dams and other water resource structures. He teaches undergraduate and graduate courses at CSU, Sacramento in mechanics, computer programing, and geotechnical earthquake engineering and has provided training in FLAC through Geoanalysis Support (www.geoanalysis.support). He has used FLAC software for over 20 years.
